took bus965 to yishun sportshall.

all were listening to songs &singing along. lol
play 200strokes of highballs,
100nettings &100 (ping qiu) with joey.
jiao lian was late for half anhour,
did attacking &defending then =/
play awhile with yumin.

then we played with shuttlecock. so fun(:
alright, MsChia banned us from laughing/ smiling when doing duo qiu.
super tiringgggggggg!
we did 30push ups cause of smiling! wth? lol
